Enter the Time Adventure Challenge – entries are open!

There are a number of easy ways that you can enter and pay for the Time Adventure Challenge.

The first 400 entrants will receive the Quick Wicking T-shirt and an official racing time. Closing date for entries is 31 August 2022, 12h00.

Entry Fees for the Time Adventure Challenge

  • Individuals – P300 per person
  • Social Relay Teams – P900 per team, 2 – 4 members per team
  • Corporate Relay Teams – P1500 per team, 2 – 4 members per team
  • Junior 11-16 & 16-18 – P500

All proceeds from entry fees and funds raised from the Time Adventure Challenge will be donated to charity after the event.

All payments must be made by no later than 31st of August 2022, midday.

Teams

  1. Relay team shall have a minimum of 2 registered members with a maximum of 4 members.
  2. Relay can be broken down into different formats, for example: one person runs both legs and one person rides both MTB legs; or in a team of 4 people, each person does a leg.

Registration & Race Pack Collections

  1. Registration and race pack collection will be on Friday 9 Sep 2022 from 12h00 to 17h00 at the Time Projects office, Prime Plaza, cnr Khama Crescent Ext and PG Matante Drive, New CBD.
  2. One person can collect and sign for receiving numbers and shirts.
  3. Upon registration please collect indemnity forms for your spectators and supporters which they must sign and hand in at entrance on the day of the race.

Corporate Branding

  1. We would like to invite all corporate team entrants or sponsors to have their advertising (banners, gazebos) placed at the start/transition/finish point.
  2. All need to contact us by 31 August with regards to how many or what type of advertising they would like to bring and available spots will be confirmed.
  3. Setup will be at Mokolodi on Saturday morning 10 September at 10h00, where corporates will be erecting their advertising material. Security will be arranged to look after big items during the night.
  4. Small items can be brought in on Sunday morning 11 September between 7h00 – 8h00, however these items will have to be carried, as there will be no cars allowed from Mokolodi entrance towards event area after 7h00.
